Because our products are printed specifically for you once an order is placed, we do not support returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color choice, or change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review the size charts available on each product page before finalizing your purchase.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Report Window: Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to report the issue.
  • Required Proof: To process your request, we require clear photos showing the damaged product, the error, and the original packaging (if applicable).
  • No Return Necessary: In most cases of damage, you do not need to ship the item back to us.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  2. Include your Order Number and the Name used for the purchase.
  3. Attach high-quality photos/videos of the defect or damage.

Refund Timeline

Once your request is verified and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow [3-10] business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing times.


Unsuccessful Deliveries

If an order is returned to the sender due to an invalid address provided by the customer, we can offer a reprint at an additional charge or a partial refund of the product price.
